Accountant (Reconciliation) Part-time

A leading Melbourne Premium Wholesale Fruit & Vegetable company based in Eastern Melbourne are seeking an Accountant to join their growing business on a Part-time basis to perform reconcilations of accounts.

Core Responsibilities

  • Perform Account Reconcilation duties

Skills

  • Adept at Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience with MYOB
  • Experience with XERO

Requirements

  • Own transportation to the Depot
  • TFN or Australian Business Number (ABN)

Hours of operation

Monday to Friday: 

Start: 8:00am - 9:00am

Finish: 12:00pm - 1:00pm

Casual HC/Semi Truck Driver (Freight Delivery)

A leading Melbourne Transport company based in Melbourne's West are seeking a Casual member to join it's growing business in the role of HC Semi Truck Driver. With combined experience and long-standing customer relationships in the logisitcs and transport industry, they are market leaders in freight delivery in throughout Victoria with their company-owned Semi truck fleet.

Core Responsibilities

  • Pick up freight and load into delivery truck
  • Tying down loads utilising dog chains and straps
  • Deliver freight orders on a designated run
  • Completing paperwork
  • As part of a team, other duties might also entail you to work with other team members when needed.

Skills

  • Must be able to drive and reverse a Semi Truck comfortably
  • Knowledge of Melbourne Metro Areas
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Reliable and able to work within a team environment and also independently
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Learn & follow directions

Requirements

  • HC License
  • Own transportation to the Depot
  • Australian Business Number (ABN) or ACN
  • Can do attitude

Monday to Friday: 

Start: 6:00am

Finish: 6:00pm

Remuneration:

$36.00 per hour + Overtime pay

Delivery Driver

A leading Melbourne Premium Wholesale Fruit & Vegetable company based in Eastern Melbourne are seeking a member to join their growing business in the role of a picker/packer and delivery driver. Fuel expenses, vehicle and toll provided (Save money on fuel commuting to and from work)

Core Responsibilities

  • Pick/pack and load into delivery trucks
  • Deliver customer orders on a designated run
  • As part of a team, work with other team members to assist with stock management & warehouse duties

Skills

  • Excellent driving skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Reliable and able to work within a team environment and also independently
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Learn & follow directions
  • Capable of lifting heavy (20kg)

  • Car license (auto or manual)

Core Responsibilities

  • Acquire list of destinations and products to be packed into trucks
  • Pack products on list with a focus on quality control and weight accuracy
  • Move packed products into trucks
  • Assist with team members requiring assistance in the warehouse
  • Perform cleaning duties of warehouse to maintain a safe and clean standard

  • Exceptional quality control
  • Reliable and able to work within a team environment and also independently
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and working hard
